I would immediately extend an invitation to each Tribal Territory within Washington State to renegotiate any compacts that they have with Washington State, for the purpose and goal of allowing those societies of people to be free again.

I know that it's unfair and controlling to force or coerce Tribal Territories to have the same sales tax percentage amount that the entire state of Washington needs.

Tribal Territories have a smaller land mass, smaller population, and smaller urban density than the State of Washington has. Tribal Territories shouldn’t be expected to agree with having a sales tax amount that always matches the State of Washington, or is controlled by the State of Washington.

Consider it this way: Visualize a metaphor that the State of Washington and the Tribal Territories are all portrayed as individual dogs [canine animals]. The State of Washington would be the largest breed of dog with a very large appetite. Meanwhile, each Tribal Territory is portrayed as a much smaller dog with a much smaller appetite to be sustained. The conclusion is: The smaller dogs should never be forced to eat as much as the larger dog needs, it’s damaging the health of the smaller dogs .. and could kill them.

Native American Tribal Territories should have the right to set their sales tax amount according to their own needs.

It's not only unfair and control-freak,

it's a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Washington State leaders created RCWs that specifically target specific ethnicities of humans regarding their taxes.

I ask:

Why hasn't the past and current public leaders of Washington State been extending the protections of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to the people of the Tribal Territories located within Washington State?

This RCW is declaring that the Governor of The State of Washington can extend an invitation to governors of other territories to enter into compacts.

I say:  Okay, yes, a governor of one territory CAN extend an invitation to the governor of a Tribal Territory, but that doesn’t mean that either territory is required to agree with the invitations’ requests, or agree to any compact.

Also: I will block all forms of control-freakism; including, but not limited to: oppressions, fascism, communism, socialism, marxism, totalitarianism, big brotherism, authoritarian, nazism, dictatorship, brute force, rule of terror .. and all forms of coercive bullying by public workers and those funded by taxpayer dollars.

All humans are supposed to have the same access rights to the same constitutional benefit's and protections of their territories as everyone else .. yet many are being cheated.
